The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions within walking distance. We loved how clean and modern everything was in the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, particularly with holding our bags. The location was perfect for sightseeing and easy to get to all the popular spots, including Fifth Avenue. We especially appreciated how close it was to the subway, made transportation easy.
Couldn't fault anything with the hotel - it was pretty good.

Great location near subway and restaurants. Room was clean and had a good sized bathroom with a strong shower. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy to get Uber pickups. Safe area for solo travelers. 👍

The hotel offers great value for money with fair prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, close to the subway, making it easy to explore downtown and other areas. It is also conveniently situated near 5th Avenue, which was exactly where we needed to be. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The basic amenities were all provided, and the rooms offered nice views.
All was fine and there is no aspect that needs improvement.

Our stay was comfortable and convenient with a location that was easy to get to everything we needed. The subway was close by and we could walk to 5th Avenue where we needed to be. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was cozy and clean with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and appreciated the free coffee in the lobby.
The soundproofing wasn’t great and we could sometimes hear noise from the neighboring rooms which could be a bit disturbing at times.
